James Wilson, O.D. received both his Bachelor’s and Optometry degrees from Indiana University in 1972. He went on to serve as an adjunct clinical professor for clinical care at the Indiana University School of Optometry, while also serving as a clinical investigator for the FDA for several contact lens manufacturers. He is currently a member of the Indiana Optometric Association, the American Optometric Association, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry.
In 1995, Dr. Wilson joined Lanter EyeCare, where he specializes in dry eye treatments, contact lens fitting, and care, and sees patients of all ages for annual eye examinations and ocular conditions.
Dr. Wilson is married with one son and a beautiful granddaughter, who keeps him and his wife, Sharon, very busy. Dr. Wilson enjoys bicycling, listening to music, and winding down to a good movie.
